I really enjoyed the friendly staff who made my stay comfortable, and the pool was a great way to cool off after exploring the beautiful nearby beaches and parks, which were just a short walk away from the hotel.

The Beach Club made for a gorgeous day. The beach was clean, no litter, just beautiful sand. Staff provided top-notch service, always attentive and friendly. I loved the locally caught fish—so fresh and flavorful. I had a late lunch that hit the spot, and the lounge chairs under the palapa were perfect for lounging. The only downside? Swimming wasn’t allowed the day I was there. The hotel itself is in a great location, easy walk to Santa Cruz beach and fun shops. However, my Standard Room faced the street and was noisy at night, making it hard to sleep. The room also had some ants, which I mentioned to the staff. They tried to address it, but it persisted. The breakfast buffet was good, but it felt cramped in the dining area.

the location of castillo huatulco & beach club is unbeatable. it's just a short walk to the town center and the beach club is absolutely stunning. we loved the huge pool with swim-up bar and the delicious lunch buffet was a highlight of our stay. the staff was super friendly and made us feel very welcome.

We enjoyed our stay with our family, especially utilizing the well-kept garden area and relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool. While the beach chairs could be more comfortable, we had a great time overall. I recommend checking out the local dining spots—there's plenty to explore nearby! 🍹

Good vibes but some issues

I spent 13 nights here and while the friendly staff was great, the place is kinda dated. The a/c worked well, which was a plus, but the bathroom had a musty smell. Be ready for some noise at night from parties. Dining was decent, but a bit crowded. Just wish the service could've been better.
